Bull’s Eye Media Relations was founded in 2000 by veteran motorsport journalist Wil De Clercq, to serve the powersport and motorsport industry’s media needs. With a broad range of experience in motorsport journalism, racer management, and public relations, De Clercq has enjoyed a successful career working with some of Canada’s and Europe’s leading names in motorcycle, quad and snowmobile racing. De Clercq's status as a motorsport journalist and in-depth knowledge of the scene led to an appointment on the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame's Selection Committee in 2000, a position he held until 2008.

Bull’s Eye Media has over the years provided press releases for many of Canada’s top factory motocross teams as well as the Canadian Motosport Racing Corporation (CMRC), official sanctioning body of the Canadian Motocross Nationals.
